คุณ คิโยจิ นากามูระ ได้เปิดร้านเบเกอรีแห่งนี้ด้วยความตั้งใจให้คนญี่ปุ่นในไทยรู้สึกเหมือนได้กลับบ้าน และให้คนไทยได้ลองชิมเบเกอรีรสชาติแบบญี่ปุ่นแท้ๆ ทางร้านจึงมีเบเกอรีสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นให้เลือกสรรกว่า 200 ชนิดโดยมีเมนูขายดีตลอดกาล 5 เมนู ได้แก่

1. เมนจิเซนโดะ หรือแซนด์วิชหมูสับผสมหอมใหญ่ ความหวานของหัวหอมกับความกลมกล่อมของเนื้อบดทำให้เมนูนี้ขึ้นแท่นเมนูยอดฮิตของทางร้าน
2. คัสตาร์ดพุดดิ้ง เนื้อเนียนนุ่มหอมกลิ่นไข่และคาราเมลที่ติดขมนิดๆ กินคู่กับกาแฟได้เป็นอย่างดี

Known for its high-quality ingredients, recipes directly from Japan, and reasonable prices, the shop’s warm atmosphere and friendly service have made it a favorite, with customers filling the store all day long.

Mr. Kiyoji Nakamura opened this bakery with the intention of giving Japanese residents in Thailand a sense of home while offering Thais the chance to experience authentic Japanese pastries. The shop offers more than 200 varieties of Japanese-style baked goods, with the top five bestsellers being:

1. Menchi Sendo (Minced Pork and Onion Sandwich): The sweetness of the onions paired with the savory minced pork makes this one of the most popular items at the bakery.
2. Custard Pudding: Silky smooth with a fragrant egg aroma and a slightly bitter caramel, it pairs perfectly with coffee.
3. Butter Bread: For those who love soft, chewy bread with a rich buttery flavor and a touch of salt, this is the perfect choice.
