ในการถ่ายวิดีโอ จุดโฟกัส เป็นหนึ่งในองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่ทำให้วิดีโอสามารถเล่าเรื่องราวได้น่าสนใจและการใช้งาน Auto Focus (AF) แทนการใช้มือหมุนจะช่วยให้เปลี่ยนจุดโฟกัสได้ง่ายขึ้น แต่ Auto Focus แบบปกติจะยังเกิดปัญหาในบางครั้ง เช่น ถ้าหากต้องการเปลี่ยนจุดโฟกัสในระหว่างที่กำลังถ่ายวิดีโอ อาจเกิดการเปลี่ยนจุดโฟกัสไวจนเกินไปทำให้วิดีโอดูไม่สมูท โฟกัสช้าเกินไป หรือเบลอมากเกินไป

การใช้ฟังก์ชั่น AF Speed จะช่วยให้เราโฟกัสสิ่งต่าง ๆ ได้แม่นยำขึ้นตามความต้องการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการโฟกัสที่ช้าลงเพื่อให้ภาพเปลี่ยนโฟกัสได้สมูทขึ้น หรือการโฟกัสที่รวดเร็วหากมีการเคลื่อนที่ของสิ่งที่เราโฟกัส การตั้งค่า AF Speed สามารถตั้งความเร็วสูงสุดตั้งแต่ +2 และช้าที่สุดคือ -7 การตั้งค่า AF Speed ที่เหมาะสม จะช่วยให้วิดีโอของเราสามารถเล่าเรื่องราวได้อย่างมีมิติมากขึ้น

However, standard Auto Focus can sometimes lead to issues, such as rapid focus shifts that make the video appear unsmooth, or focus changes that are either too slow or overly blurry.

Utilizing the AF Speed function can help achieve more precise focus adjustments based on your needs. You can slow down the focus for smoother transitions or speed it up for fast-moving subjects. The AF Speed setting allows for a maximum speed adjustment ranging from +2 (fastest) to -7 (slowest). Choosing the appropriate AF Speed setting will enable your video to tell stories with greater depth and fluidity.
